Cotton fiber doctor blades are made from natural cotton fibers that are bonded together through high-temperature compression. They feature a soft texture and excellent toughness, providing exceptional protection for roller surfaces, drying cylinders, and anilox rolls without causing scratches. The product is heat-resistant and has moderate water absorption, enabling it to evenly remove pulp, moisture, and light stains while operating quietly and without noise.

Dimensionally stable and resistant to deformation, these blades are suitable for medium- to low-speed applications and are commonly used in printing, papermaking, and coating environments where equipment surfaces are subject to stringent requirements. Compared to hard blades, they emphasize gentle cleaning and light scraping, causing no damage to equipment and producing minimal debris.
